Sony’s MZ-E60 Minidisc Walkman offers 40-second antiskip memory and an automatic volume limiter system (AVLS) that maintains consistent volume levels for clean sound reproduction. Playback options include normal, repeat 1 or all, and shuffle. The digital Mega Bass system produces deep low-end tones with virtually inaudible harmonic distortion. The Sony MZ-E60 runs on a single AA battery, and the average battery life clocks in at approximately 12 hours. The supplied headphones plug directly into the slim LCD remote control. The remote, which can slip into your pocket, provides track information and battery life, and it controls volume and disc operations. A carrying pouch is included as well. Sony provides a warranty of one year on parts and 90 days on labor.
